Where It Began.

The experiences, questions, and perspectives that shaped how I see the world.

Long before frameworks and keynote stages, there was a curiosity about people, technology, and change.

This is where that journey begins.

It Started with Curiosity

People often ask where my ideas come from. The answer isn't a single moment or a single role. It has been shaped over decades of asking questions, observing people, and trying to understand why some ideas change the way we live while others quietly disappear. Long before I was leading AI research or speaking on stages, I was fascinated by how people think, make decisions, and navigate change.

Learning to See Differently

Growing up in India and building a career across cultures taught me that perspective is never fixed. The same problem can look completely different depending on where you stand. That realization has stayed with me throughout my career. It has influenced how I approach research, how I lead teams, and how I think about technology. Rather than searching for a single right answer, I've learned to look for the patterns that connect seemingly unrelated ideas.

Observing Change

Throughout history, every technological breakthrough has reshaped how people live, work, and connect. From the printing press to the internet and now artificial intelligence, each era has expanded what humanity is capable of while challenging us to rethink what makes us uniquely human. My interest has never been in technology for its own sake, but in what it reveals about people, organizations, and the decisions we make. The more capable our tools become, the more essential human judgment, curiosity, and empathy become.

Building Across Time

This website is a home for those ideas. Some become keynote talks. Some become essays. Some evolve into frameworks like Across Time. Others begin as simple observations and grow over years through conversations, research, and experience. Together, they represent an ongoing exploration of how history, humanity, and intelligent systems shape what comes next.
